1. Merchant Partner Eligibility

styleWithComfy is a curated marketplace dedicated exclusively to genuine leather goods. To maintain our luxury standard, all prospective vendors must submit identity verification (KYC), business registration documents, and workshop location validation before listing bags.

2. Product Listing Standards & Color Variants

• High-Resolution Photography: Listings must include clear photos on neutral backgrounds highlighting grain texture, interior lining, and zippers.
• Per-Color Stock Management: If a handbag is offered in multiple colorways (e.g. Tan, Mahogany, Black), each variant must have declared stock numbers.
• Material Accuracy: Full-grain leather, top-grain, and nubuck must be accurately declared.

3. Order Fulfillment & Escrow Payouts

When a customer purchases your item, funds are held in styleWithComfy payment escrow. Once the item is delivered or picked up in-store by the customer, payout funds are released directly to your merchant bank account within 24 hours.
