Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
In-Store Pickup is ₦0 (FREE) across all official admin pickup locations. Home delivery is FREE for orders over ₦50,000, and ₦2,500 for orders under ₦50,000.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic deliveries within Lagos take 1-2 business days. Deliveries to other state capitals take 2-4 business days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Simply select 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout and select your preferred pickup hub location.
Product & Craftsmanship
Are all bags made from 100% genuine leather?
Yes. All items on styleWithComfy are crafted from certified 100% genuine bovine, goat, or exotic leathers. Synthetic PU hides are strictly forbidden.
How do I choose a color variant?
On any product page, click the Color dropdown selector to choose from available hand-dyed colorways (e.g. Tan, Black, Mahogany).
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are supported?
We support Mastercard, Visa, Verve, Paystack, Flutterwave, and direct Bank Transfer.
How does 30-Day Escrow refund protection work?
Your payment is securely held in escrow and only released after your item arrives safely. If damaged or incorrect, contact support@stylewithcomfy.com for a full refund.
