To qualify for a full refund or item exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition as received.
• All original artisan dust bags, authenticating tags, and protective hardware films must remain intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup confirmation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our concierge at support@stylewithcomfy.com with your Order ID and photo of the item.
2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Code and prepaid shipping label or pickup location drop-off slot.
3. Upon arrival at our inspection hub, refunds are credited back to your bank account or card within 3-5 business days.
